Key Responsibilities :
A: Responsible for the successful delivery of solutions in line with the relevant Policies and Standards; defining, monitoring and regularly reviewing the overall plan; ensuring benefits and outcomes are captured and validated throughout the project
B: Create an environment of effective delivery by empowering the delivery team, leveraging their knowledge and expertise, learning lessons from past delivery, and by allocating work across the team in a way that makes the most of their skills while maintaining a focus on outcomes Ensure all team members understand their roles and celebrate success Technical Experience :
A: Responsible for governance and oversight provide the framework for execution, working with the Programme Manager to continuous review and approve key delivery documents B: Determining, monitoring and managing the workforce and financial requirements, liaising with product and service delivery on resource requirements; monitoring any supply related risks and setting up the initiative team with clear roles and responsibilities; ensuring ongoing costs and capitalisation meet MTP and budget requirements C: Mandatory Skills: a Detailed understanding of end to end Payments processing BACS/Faster Payments very useful b experience of managing large scale, enterprise wide payments related Professional Attributes :
A: Providing and regularly reviewing an honest, transparent assessment of the project status and RAID risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies of the initiative, escalating via appropriate governance B: Strong leader, problem solver and relationship builder Educational Qualification:
