Store Manager - Mattress Sales

Job description

• Lead a team of sales associates to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
• Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide feedback to ensure that all sales associates are meeting their individual goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Create and maintain an inviting store environment by ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Manage inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner
• Participate in local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month. Incentives Extra
