Job Description:

Job Summary:

- Candidates should have a minimum of 2+ yrs. of US IT Staffing exp. and extensive Bench sales experience.
- He/She should have experience in Marketing Bench candidates.
- Should have experience on different US job boards. (Dice, Monster, Linked In, etc.)
- Should have a strong preferred vendors list for Marketing bench candidates.
- Should have knowledge of different Tax terms like (W2, C2C & 1099), etc.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have closely worked on deadlines and targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Involved in sales, i.e., providing bench consultants to vendors and clients for requirements.
• Searching for requirements for the assigned bench through portals, groups, and contacts.
• Speaking with recruiters about the rate and obtaining the greatest offer as indicated by management.
• Worked extensively with marketing bench consultants.
• Interacting with tier one vendors and bringing in new vendors for the firm.
• Involved in marketing of consultants on bench to the preferred vendors.
• Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime vendors, Job portals and other networking sites.
• Keeping track of the start and end dates of the bench consultants.
• Maintain daily and weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.
• Set up interviews and closed candidates for various positions.
• Process candidates from initial contact through entire interview/ placement process which includes interview scheduling and follow up.
• Actively involved in marketing of consultants on bench to the preferred vendors.
• Responsibilities include calling on prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, negotiating and finalizing contacts.
• Negotiating rate with the vendors & managing the long-term relations with them
