Join our esteemed Riyadh hotel as an IT Supervisor, overseeing technology operations to ensure guest satisfaction. Based in Riyadh, you'll manage network infrastructure, POS systems, and staff training, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

1. Oversee the maintenance and optimization of all IT systems, including network infrastructure, POS systems, and guest-facing technology.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement necessary upgrades or solutions promptly.
3. Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and procedures.
4. Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data protection regulations.
5. Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in IT management or a similar supervisory role.
3. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
