Your Tasks
- Global internal communication through functions: suppliers, category managers, engineering
- Collection of certificates of ZF’s products to make the input to date base with ceritificates to enable to monitor the validity, accuracy and completness of certificates
- Analyzing the certificates according to characteristics indicated by PCMS
- Close collaboration with Product Compliance Certification Execution Specialist, support in daily cross-function and cross- divisional tasks regarding collecting of certificates
- Managing and buliding the data and documentation base within IT tools and solutions
Your Profile
- Minimum Batchelors degree in engineering with 5-7 years of experiece in automotive / marine / aerospace / Engineering background
- Knowledge of certification proccess (f.e. type approvals), experience with BIS certification.Ability to analyse the certificates
- IT/ Data Base Software solution Tools (SAP, Microsoft. Power BI, Management data base)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team
- Key competencies: Product compliance, certification expertize, analytics .Experience with data bases is added value
