Job description
Job Title: System Analyst (ERP and Application Systems)
Responsibilities:
Analyse and understand business processes, requirements, and goals related to ERP modules and application systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders (including finance and accounting stakeholders) to gather, document, and analyse system requirements.
Design, configure, and implement ERP modules and application systems to meet business needs with a focus on accounting modules.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with development teams for customizations.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP modules and application systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other IT systems.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ERP technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a System Analyst with a focus on ERP modules and application systems.
In-depth knowledge on ERP systems (e.g., Shipnet, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and related technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of financial processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant field.
5+ years' experience in ERP implementations.
