Position: HR Executive cum HR Recruiter
Experience: 4-5 years
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles.
- Specialize in bulk hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the offer letter processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation and communication with candidates.
- Handle salary negotiation processes with potential hires while ensuring alignment with company policies and budgetary constraints.
- Utilize a diverse range of sourcing portals and platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain recruitment-related data and generate reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Conduct periodic reviews of recruitment processes and implement improvements as necessary.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills in interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive recruitment information.
- Proactively identify potential recruitment challenges and propose solutions to address them.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Actively contribute to team goals and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR functions.
- Exhibit adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment environment.
