Job description
· Establishing team such as a Deal Desk in India is a priority. · The role responsibilities include handling proposals, commercial aspects, estimations, and technical proposal write-ups. · A senior leader is needed for this team with previous experience in a similar role, especially with a global perspective, focusing on the USA and Europe. · The ideal candidate should have experience automating processes and preferably be from external sources. · Emphasis on Bid/Proposal expertise. · Candidates with experience in the USA and EU, who have recently moved to India, are preferred.
Running a global deal desk is absolutely crucial… ideally building/growing a deal desk Operational KPI/metrics focus- This will be our “proposal factory” Experience of working on enterprise deals directly with customers is not needed… our focus at the beginning is working on smaller/medium Flow deals Managing large global commercial CoE located in India Influencing and working with Global teams (primarily NAM).Job tags
