Job Title: Project Manager- SAP Years of Experience: 6 plus years Location: Bangalore (Work From Office) Mode of Hire: Permanent Notice Period: Immediate CTC - Upto 16LPA Job Description: Overall experience of 8 to 15 years Need to have worked on SAP. The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate a thirst for better understanding the customer, define the problem and develop solutions. Analyse, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce project status reports for management and stakeholders. Proficient and experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders - Direct reports, peers, Managers and Clients Ability to articulate and present complex problems in simple words to work with non-technical stakeholders Excellent in driving a team, motivating, helping them resolve problems to meet the goal Strong in requirements gathering and documentation Knowledge of processes and ability to follow processes of the organization Experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Deep understanding Agile and Waterfall methodologies Experienced in using project planning and tracking tools like JIRA Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality of deliverables, and team member performance.
