Job description
Work Profile : As a sales person You/Your Team have to create and sell license/logo to prospective real estate Promoters/clients and partners for Fashion TV Real Estate Business vertical. You should be proficient in coordinating the prospective clients that approach Fashion TV to be a partner where a Builder or Developer who buy our license will get :
1) Embedding the FTV Brand Goodwill and International Recognition for Value Enhancement of the Project
2) Running marketing advertisements campaigns on Facebook Instagram & Twitter & OTT Ads on platforms like Jio TV & Eros Now
3) Designing Personalized Backend Integrated Website for smooth Transition of Leads/Inquiries
4) Interior Designing & Architectural Beautification Assistance through Detailed 3D Modelling & Intricate Designing of Ftv Brand for the Project
5) Open New Horizons to the Top Investors VIP s Business Tycoons Franchise & Licence holders at your disposal in the form of your immediate customer base
360 Brand Support : Any additional support required within the Operational Domain of FTV will be delivered as per discussion
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales: Develop and manage relationships with real estate developers and builders to sell brand licence/Logo that align with their projects and brand objectives.
Licensing Strategy: Create and implement brand licensing strategies tailored to the real estate industry ensuring brand alignment.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize licensing agreements ensuring terms that benefit both parties.
Market Research: Stay informed about the real estate industry market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new licensing opportunities within the real estate sector and expanding the brands presence in this market.
