Job Role: HR Recruiter Intern

Experience: 6 months - 1 year (MBA freshers are also eligible for this role)

Location: Greater Noida

Stipend: 5k - 10k

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Recruiter located in Greater Noida. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, coordinating interview schedules, facilitating pre-employment assessments, and managing the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certification in recruitment or human resources management is a plus
