Job Description Mission: Exponential growth at IntegriChain is necessitating rapid team expansion in the Channel and Patient Practice. Customers who have implemented IntegriChain solutions want to do even more with the expert team, while keenly interested prospects are keeping the pipeline robust. To accommodate the demand, IntegriChain is seeking a Data Analyst. The right candidate will assist the Practice in performing data analysis across a range of activities including development of Benchmark reports in conjunction with the Practice's Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME), data analysis of Channel and Patient clients' datasets to develop new revenue opportunities and improve overall data quality and work with the VP, Data Solutions on Business Unit (BU) analysis and metrics development.
Duties: - Support Practice Analytics SME in the development of Channel and Patient Benchmark reports
- Perform Patient data analysis to create new revenue opportunities for existing and new Patient clients
- Perform Patient Matching analysis of clients' datasets to improve data quality and provide feedback to Patient Data Stewards
- Support VP, Data Solutions in Business Unit analysis and metrics development
- Ad hoc data investigations/data support activities upon Practice request
- Analysis of data and identification of data quality issues
- Provide cross-functional support to Customer Operations and Data Operations
- Issue submission/queue management within JIRA
- Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally to update stakeholders on data investigations
- Perform these activities with partial overlap to US business hours: 12:00pm-9:00pm IST
Qualifications Qualifications and Competencies - Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge or previous experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL strongly preferred
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Spotfire and Tableau strongly preferred
- Adept at research using open source and industry databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with an ability to prioritize and consistently follow-through
- Capable of working both autonomously and in a team
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role, healthcare data strongly preferred
