Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Coordinator located in Ahmedabad. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for daily communication with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality customer experience. Other responsibilities include maintaining client records, coordinating with internal teams, and managing client escalations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain high-quality customer experience
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is preferred

Experience in the staffing industry is a plus.
