WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL: - Analyze the incoming case, understand the criticality of it and validate the case by following the standard procedure.
- Look up for other cases to determine if it's a new case or is it related to the existing case, if it's for existing case, Update the existing case.
- When encountered with critical, down cases. Work with the tech support team to make sure it gets picked up and actioned.
- Be part of a customer-centric team of experts, looking after Subject Matter Experts to enterprise customers
- React to issues and proactively anticipate customer challenges
- Help the customer to continuously get the best value they can from the software.
- Learn the products and aspires to become a support engineer.
We Are Looking For a Professional Who Is - Good communicator with the ability to defuse tense customer situations.
- Empathy for other people (colleagues and suppliers as well as customers!)
- Proactive to the problem at hand, as well as challenging how we eliminate problems in future!
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret customer needs and manage customer expectations.
- Fluency in English
- Has basic knowledge in Printing, Packaging domain.
- Flexible to work in shifts supporting customer 24X7. To start with, it will be 18X5. Second Shift and Night Shift.
Your Education And Background Experience Will Include - Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology.
- A quick learner.
- Analytical mindset, with a calm, methodical approach to problem solving.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to establish and nurture strong working relationships.
