Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Line Salesperson to join our Lubrication Oil team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the lubrication oil industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to appoint and manage distributors, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, increasing reach and the growth of our lubrication oil business in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

1. Appoint and manage distributors within the assigned territory.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing them with support, training, and guidance to maximize sales potential. Proper and actual communication of pricing and schemes to the market.

3. Achieve sales and collection targets set by the company.

4. Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies given by company to expand market share.

5. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.

6. Provide accurate daily reporting to the management team.

7. Regular market visits to oil dealers, auto part retailers and garages to increase product placement, awareness and helping distributors in sell out.

8. Attend events organized by company, interact with dealers during such events and play active role in arranging and executing such events.

9. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and market trends related to lubrication oil.

10. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the lubrication oil industry.

3. Strong knowledge of lubrication oil products and their applications.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.

6. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Used to working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

10. Knowledge of the Indian lubrication oil market and distribution channels is preferred.

11. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work under pressure.
