We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities - As a Sales development, your responsibility will be to conduct market research, identify potential clients, and generate meetings that will lead to sales closures.
- Targeting SMB & Enterprise through outbound sales strategies
- Prior experience in IT Sales, ERP sales , Data Analytics services sales is a must
- Collaborating with VP of Sales to accelerate business opportunities
- Reaching out via phone/email/social media to connect with prospective leads.
- Conducting secondary research into company financials, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting efforts
- Staying up to date with the latest procurement industry trends & best practices
- Competitor analysis & positioning against them
- Delivering first-level Corporate Overview Presentations
- Pre-qualification of business opportunities (Gauging- Budget, Authority, Need & Timeline)
- Strategizing cross-functional campaigns to be conducted by BD & Marketing
Requirements - Should have experience of 1-3 years in business development/inside sales in a IT/ software company
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in lead generation through various channels, especially calling
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
- Strong, in-depth analytical skill
- Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Educational Qualification: Any Qualification . MBA is a Plus
