ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT: The position is under Agency Team . Team handles various programs and initiatives to contribute to overall revenue and growth through cross sell and marketing initatives.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To ensure effective Marketing and digital Strategy for all agency Program team. Drive Cross Sell for the channel Driving meaningful marketing and digital activity to boost overall engagement and productivity Conceptualize, plan and execute various events for the organization DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies :- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional and Program teams to ensure alignment with overall Agency channel goals Devise and execute innovative engagement initiatives tailored to partners, aligning strategies with specific business objectives to cultivate strong and enduring Develop and implement personalized recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate partner achievements, reinforcing a positive and rewarding partnership experience Define and monitor performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of engagement strategies, utilizing data-driven insights to refine and optimize ongoing initiatives Content Creation:- Generate engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns Ensure content reflects the brand voice and resonates with the target audience Effective Marketing communication through Email, WhatsApp nudges and Intra Website for Partners Developing lead generation model for DIGI FC channel through Social Media platform such as Facebook, Google ads and Application. Monitor Lead conversion to PRL and License for all paid leads Partner Collaboration:- Design and execute engagement initiatives tailored for partners, ensuring a differential strategy aligning with business goals. Foster strong relationships with partners through effective communication and collaborative projects Digitization:- Drive the digitization of marketing processes and campaigns to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Utilize digital tools and platforms to optimize marketing initiatives and reach a wider audience Manage Marketing and digital vendor Spearhead and guide technology-related developments, providing visionary leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals and industry best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, ensuring that technology solutions align with Channel needs and objectives Candidate Requirement: Experience: 10 15 yrs Candidate should be proficient in digital and marketing tools Excellent analytical skills Should have inclination towards process automation Good know how of the systems and processes Good Communication Skills & Should be able to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders Proactive in finding solutions and giving ideas Should be able to work with limited guidance and supervision Campaign Implementation - Co-ordination with Event, Creative Agencies & other allied vendors Multi-tasking, organizational & prioritization, persuasive, interpersonal, leadership skills Thorough planning, time management, attention to detail, strategic, negotiation, creative and innovative skills are a mustJob tags
