Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Reporting To: Business Head

Job Location: Indore/Raipur/Nagpur/Jaipur/Aurangabad

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door to door customer visit.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on logistic services like parcel booking, part truck load booking, and full truck load booking.
• Maintain relationship with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of sales prospects.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets successfully.
• Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.
