Job description
We are looking for an experienced Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, ensuring the front desk is organized, welcoming, and efficient. Food and accommodation will be provided as part of the compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Ensure the front desk is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary materials, and welcoming to visitors and clients.
Customer Service: Greet visitors, clients, and employees, answer questions, and address inquiries or complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
Administrative Support: Organize and maintain files and records, including guest information and documents, and update them as needed.
Additional Duties: Be prepared to take on other duties as assigned, which may include making travel arrangements, managing schedules, or assisting with administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
1-5 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar role.
Proficiency in front desk management and administrative tasks.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
