Job description
Job Summary : As a senior software engineer, this position will focus on the development and implementation the HighJump Warehouse Advantage Software Suite. The job responsibilities include technically configuring and integrating HighJump's Warehouse Advantage using SQL Server, Advantage Architect, Advantage Link and Page Editor tools.Roles & Responsibilities :Active participation in functional and technical discussions with the client including integration with external systemsUnderstand the designed business processes and perform required customization using High Jump tools (Page editor and Advantage architect) and DB objectsAssisting in documenting the requirements, technical solutions, and training manualsIndependently build and document the unit test casesShould identify the required DB schema and prepare the test dataSkills Required :Ability to customize High Jump products using Architect and WebWise editors by creating/modifying required SQL objectsShould be well versed with MS SQL Server and understand complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objectsStrong analytical & debugging skillsStrong communication skillsShould have experience with JSON, XML, flat file and other types of integration methods between HighJump and Warehouse Control Systems, TMS, and ERP systemsNice to have experience in Label design with BartenderNice to have experience in SSRS or Crystal ReportsNice to have experience in Microsoft technologies (.NET framework, ASP.NET) (ref:hirist.tech)
