We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our team in the automotive domain. As a Telecaller specializing in car insurance, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, promoting our insurance products, and persuading them to purchase coverage for their vehicles. Your goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ultimately contribute to increasing sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists.
- Introduce car insurance products and explain their features, benefits, and coverage options.
- Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Follow scripts and sales processes to effectively communicate product information and overcome objections.
- Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
- Set up appointments for customers to meet with insurance agents or schedule follow-up calls.
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar outbound sales role, preferably in the automotive or insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to effectively handle objections and rejection.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
