Job description
Objective - Prepare Cost Estimates for large scale Projects on EPC basis. Estimating in compliance with Company standards Reporting - SBU Head
Key Responsibilities - Thorough understanding of Direct & Indirect costs and Price. Prepare Cost Estimates in line with scope withing stipulated timelines. Maintain accuracy of the Estimates without errors & omissions. Review / analyze quantities / costs based on KPIs, execution data, market trends, etc. Analyze Project Risks and quantify impact thereof. Prepare project cash flow analysis. Understanding of insurance coverages, Bank Guarantees, etc. Follow-up and co-ordination with other departments for bill of quantities and firming up costs. Key Competencies -20+ years experience in EPC – Advanced Manufacturing like Electronics, Semiconductor, Battery Material Manufacturing Facilities and Foods & Pharmaceuticals Factories Deep Understanding and Knowledge of Estimation and Tendering of Domestic and International projects Good understanding on key contractual / commercial terms / clauses Good analytical & presentation skillsJob tags
