Key Responsibilities Keep a close eye on Finance & Marketing in each store. Driving customers experience standards Planning & Achieving revenue target Implement sales strategies and goals that are adhered to by each store. Ensure planning & availability of the stock. Market & competitions analysis Ensuring SOP's are adhered by all the stores. Hiring team members at each store Leading and building strong teams.

Desired Profile

Should have a direct store handling experience for alteast 2 yrs. Complete knowledge of store management Strong analytical thinking Should have operational excellence Creative & has strategic thinking in place - to forecast and plan regularly Possess excellent communication and customer handling skills
