Miracle Group is hiring for Assistant Manager Customer Service Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards - Consistency by constant monitoring Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely work for Preparation of Final work Report. Connect with customers and provide them with the solution and ensure 100% satisfactory resolution to the their queries.
