Job description
· SAP BASIS Administration.
· Creating Authorizations, Profiles, and the users for various modules.
· Solve user's day to day issues and provide solution related to SAP.
· Master Data Management (MDM)
· MIS Data and developed Reports as per Management requirement.
· Server Administration – Windows Server, HP-UX 11.31, SUSE LINUX and OTHERS
· Project Management related to SAP & IT. End to end cycle implementation experience for 3-4 SAP projects.
· Portal's: Vendor Portal & Customer Portal Administration
· IT Budgeting
· IT related Certification.
· Email Administration. Selection of mail hosting vendor, mail administration, pop3 & imap configuration, troubleshooting for MS-Outlook, Outlook Express, Smart Phone, Windows mail etc, backup and restoring etc., Email policy preparation
· Worked on DBA activities such as daily & weekly SAP system back-up activity, cloning, patching
· IT Supplier Management. Overall IT Infra - Systems & Processes. Implement organizational IT strategies. IT Infrastructure Management
· Providing Technology for all business interfaces based on the business strategy.
· IT support required by business for IOT, Digital Manufacturing.
· Analysis and designing Improvement Plans in IT Infrastructure.
· Ensure implementation of all IT policy & process as per Corporate IT guidelines.
· All business requirement, understanding, planning and prioritization of solutions, services, and investment in Technology toward organization goal.
· Ensure 100% compliance of all software and handle the audit needs.
· Atomize operations in plant & leverage the benefits of IT systems.
· Administration of Domain Server, Mail Server, MS office, bandwidth administration, Web hosting, Anti-virus Server, Firewall, Network & Services, Computer & Printers, Router & Multiple MPLS and ILL Management.
· Daily Monitoring of IT Help Desk of his location and do analysis and create strategy to reduce the calls Daily anti-virus monitoring of his location and do analysis of virus attacks.
· Take backups, monitor anti-virus software patches. Bandwidth monitoring of locations.
· Interact with service providers for procurement of location IT requirements (other than assets) with help of purchase department.
· Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, Wireless connectivity (Inter Plant to Plant), Video Conferencing and MPLS.
· Run-time Support for End User Hardware & Software.
· Anti – Virus: Procurement, installation and management of anti-virus software, Configuration, and client installation.
· Team Building & Leadership.
