Visit us at The Global Workplace Innovation and Employee Experience Lead works with Workplace MU Leads and other employee experience POCs to stimulate innovation and curate the development of employee experiences. • Product Owner – MobieTrain, Global Workplace Website • Collaborates with Workplace MU Leads, Location leads curating Employee Experience journey. • Participates in new capital project planning efforts, ensuring that appropriate technologies and experiences are included in AP20 new builds and renovations. • Manages Mobietrain vendor relationship, content development for training tool, deployment strategy, adoption metrics • Plans agenda, organizes speakers and leads monthly MU Lead Innovation call. • Innovates new ideas to enhance in-office experience, curates development of local ideas into global products • Manages, maintains and refreshes content on Global Workplace website • Assists country Workplace leads with local Workplace website content and design. • Presents statistics, status and project risks to senior leadership.
