SAP MDG Total Years of experience- 8- 10 Yrs. Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad.
PURPOSE Management of SAP MDG Business Application system required to enable Master Data Governance for Material Master and Custom Master Data (UDI) related processes. SAP is the leading ERP surrounded by different legacy applications which are the foundation for executing the core business processes. Application Management does include as main tasks the management of projects, changes, support, and training. ACCOUNTABILITIES · Master Data Governance Management o Provide expertise within the SAP MDG (Material Master /Custom Data) and its integration with other SAP systems/modules and legacy systems. o Act as a subject matter expert for any process in the MDG area o Work closely with business functions to plan, align priorities, implement, and provide regular status updates o Identify, analyze, and propose improvement areas and opportunities in the supported processes and solutions. o Support business and IT members on transferring the knowledge of implemented functionality o Ensure the knowledge and the functionality being implemented is well documented o Align with PLM/PP team lead on the design and implementation of the solution, provide regular status updates, align priorities and capacity. · Project Management: o Manage full lifecycle implementation projects or subprojects within budget, timeline, scope, and quality o Ensure project methodology and quality standards are applied o Management of external resources within the project · Change Management: o Handle change requests from the business according to client Change Management process o Propose changes that will represent a potential improvement to the business · Support / Training o Training of key users on the processes and applications o Handling of support tickets. Handle day to day issues related to SAP MDG o Provide and supervise documentation · Process and application maintenance: o Application support for infrastructure changes and application upgrades o Proactively drive process standardization and reduction of complexity within the application landscape and business processes o Following Nobel BioCare SOPs to maintain regulatory compliance and system / process validation o Drive innovation within the application landscape and processes (simpler, better, more efficient) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – Critical Knowledge and Qualifications: (what the role holder must know; including any required general or professional qualifications/education) · University degree or equiv. diploma · At least 5 years' experience in SAP configuration and implementation in SAP MDG and related Cross Application Management Integration modules. SAP MDG + ABAP techno-functional skills. · Good communication skills and experience of working in multicultural global IT environment · Able to work in a dynamic environment and encouraged to take new challenges · Deep technical IT knowledge of supported Business applications and process flows · Fluent in English (German is a plus) Critical Skills/technical know-how: · Proven deep technical IT knowledge in the SAP MDG module (end to end): Material Master Data, Custom Data Model UDI, Change request handling, Data Replication Framework, WebUI, BRF+, Workflow Management, SMT Mapping. MDG, Custom Data Model, UDI, FDA. · Excellent knowledge in the core processes and best practice for the area of MDG. · Strong knowledge of interfaces between SAP MDG and other external applications · Strong knowledge of ABAP language and programs in reading and writing (BADI/BAPI, user-exits,) · Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (PLM/CA) · Good knowledge in Data upload using LSMW, BDCs and upload programs. Critical Experience: · Proven experience of system configuration and implementation of SAP MDG · Proven experience in supporting the SAP PLM and CA modules · Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment · Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment MDG, Custom Data Model, UDI, FDA.
