Cloud Infrastructure Lead - Microsoft Azure Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Lead with expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, Office 365, Intune, Power Platform, and networking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions to support business objectives efficiently and securely. Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture and Design:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure platform, aligned with business requirements and best practices. Azure Services Management:

Manage and optimize various Azure services, including virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Functions. Office 365 and Intune Management:

Administer Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security. Power Platform Development:

Collaborate with development teams to leverage Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building custom business applications, workflows, and analytics solutions. Networking Infrastructure:

Design and manage networking infrastructure on Azure, including virtual networks, VPN gateways, ExpressRoute, network security groups, and traffic routing configurations. Ensure network performance, availability, and security. Security and Compliance:

Implement security controls and compliance standards on Azure resources to protect data and applications from security threats and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2). Conduct regular security assessments and audits. Monitoring and Optimization:

Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and remediate performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and cost inefficiencies. Optimize resource utilization and costs through rightsizing, reservations, and cost management strategies. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

Develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) plans for cloud-based services. Test DR/BC procedures regularly to ensure readiness and effectiveness in case of disruptions. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices. Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years focused on cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure. Expertise in designing and implementing Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings. Proficiency in managing Office 365 services and Microsoft Intune for device management and security. Hands-on experience with Power Platform components (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for application development and workflow automation. Strong understanding of networking concepts and experience configuring and troubleshooting Azure networking components. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards related to cloud computing and data protection. Experience with monitoring and management tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Security Center. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications in related technologies.
