ACER India is seeking a Data Analytics Expert with extensive experience in managing, handling, and analyzing large datasets linked to educational programs.

This expert will work closely with the ACER India team in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and analyze large datasets associated with educational programs to extract meaningful insights and inform decision-making processes. Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data mining algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data. Develop and implement data analytics strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of educational programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data collection methods, ensure data quality, and develop data-driven solutions. Prepare and present comprehensive reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data analytics, and incorporate innovative approaches into existing processes. Provide guidance and support to team members on data analysis techniques and software tools.

Necessary Qualifications

Master’s degree in mathematics, economics, data, statistics, or a related field, or M.Tech. Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, econometrics, data, statistics, or a related field, or B.Tech. Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing, handling, and analyzing large datasets linked to educational programs. Proficiency in data analytics software such as SPSS, R, or Stata. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the education sector or with educational datasets. Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive modelling.
