Our team of RCI licensed clinical psychologists provide psychotherapy approaches for mental health concerns in individuals, couples, and families. We also provide evidence-based psychotherapy to clients with diagnosed clinical disorders. The Grey Circle is also involved in school mental health programs and corporate workshops across India.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Servicing Executive at The Grey Circle clinic located in Noida, Delhi, India. The Clinic Servicing Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic operations, managing client appointments and sessions, coordinating with the clinical team for scheduling and other administrative tasks, maintaining records and managing inventory.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in managing inventory and/or medical records is preferred
