As a Business Development Manager at Teamology, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement
- Communicate regularly with the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely billing for services rendered.
- Provide necessary documentation and information to facilitate the billing process.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to billing in a proactive and timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Utilize analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and public relations roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
