- Identify opportunities

- Meeting with School Owners

- Understand business market

- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

- Market Research

- Explain our product to school owners

- Conversion of business to payed customers

- Lead filtration strategy.

- Maintain existing business

Candidates Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing and sales or equivalent experience

- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in outdoor advertising or a related field

- Strong leadership and team management skills prior industry related business development experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Marketing knowledge

- Social media knowledge

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

- Focused and goal-oriented

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding conversion targets..
