*Bifurcation of customer enquiry and forward the same to the Sales team Region wise over email and whatsapp.
*Accurately recording details of customers daily in CRM.
*Coordinate Sales and communicate relevant information with internal team.
*Making cold call to customers.
*Preparation of reports related to received lead & enquiries generated.
