Job Description-
We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) with a focus on Public Sector Units (PSU) Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to effectively engage with and sell to public sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities-
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the PSU sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with public sector clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

Qualifications-
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets with a focus on the public sector.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
