Job description

Call 7200550458 Accountable for the day to day performance of Client Care Centre to deliver a best in class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs (including sales) within budget to achieve channel growth, high conversion and proactively manage efficiencies.
Embed a performance culture, framework and review processes to achieve service levels and improvements against set targets to drive a continuous improvement environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to define & implement strategies for development of contact centre, staying abreast of new practices and technologies, ensuring that we gain and maintain recognition for the quality of customer service.
Lead the contact centre teams to attract, retain and develop the capacity, capability and talent to provide for succession and ensure delivery of business objectives.
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to determine strategy to solve customer service issues by proactively identifying and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
