Job description
Role: Head of Sales, MENA Region
Responsibilities: - Setting and driving sales targets across product lines, ensuring alignment with gross profit margins and profitability objectives - Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the markets across MENA, establish new sales channels, expand customer base and market share - Recruiting, training and managing the Sales Team to cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with organization’s objective and growth plans, fostering continuous improvement and skill development - Region representative /POC to provide support on the product demand, development, market requirements and work collaboratively with different teams including supporting the Marketing and Branding efforts in MENA regionJob tags
