#Role Brief:
As a Creative Lead - Copywriter (Digital) , you will spearhead and oversee all copywriting endeavors for designated clients, ensuring an exceptional standard of creative content agency-wide. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of specific copywriters and actively collaborating with them to maintain the highest quality copy. This role may encompass guiding other copywriters in their comprehensive processes, from research and conceptualization to writing, proofreading, and editing for both copy and digital experiences.
#Responsibilities:
✦ Develop and conceptualize campaign strategies, fostering innovative and impactful creative solutions.
✦ Collaborate closely with client-facing team to ensure timely delivery of the best, most creative work.
✦ Explore and define new creative avenues for client engagements, spanning rich media ad units, social media initiatives, original video scripts, and digital signage.
✦ Mentor and nurture the copywriting talent within the team, maximizing their potential while supporting their professional growth.
✦ Manage designated accounts as a copy lead, offering creative leadership, enhancing the creative output, and collaborating with account teams to elevate performance.
✦ Contribute actively to new business development phases, from ideation to pitch presentations.
✦ Focus on developing compelling interactive creative content, encompassing websites and online media.
✦ Lead communication and presentation of copy to internal teams and clients.
✦ Your expertise and visionary approach will drive the agency's creative excellence, foster talent, and deliver outstanding results across diverse client engagements.
#Requirements:
✦ Proven 6 to 10 years of experience as a Lead Copy Writer or similar role in a digital advertising agency.
✦ Prior experience in team handling is a must.
✦ Creative mindset and attention to detail.
✦ Strong portfolio showcasing awards and campaigns.
✦ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation - Upto 12 to 13 LPA + other benefits.
