Job description
Duties
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care
Educate patients and their families on disease management treatment plans and preventive measures
Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Requirements
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in state
Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of X years of nursing experience in specialty
Experience administering injections and performing other medical procedures
Proficient in patient assessment and care planning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
