Job description
Prepare various sales reports & dashboards on set frequency To prepare PPT on various dashboard on set frequencyTrack channel partners/dealers performance on set frequency SPOC for PGC apps ( PIAL own Sales force app ) Draw insights from business process inputs and connect back to business team for recommending actionableEvaluating dealers/channel partners as per PIAL dealer calculator & recommend to approving authority Apply various analytical tools such as ABC Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Growth-Share Matrix (BCG Matrix), SWOT Analysis, Sales RCA , Regression Analysis to arrive at decision making.Tracking employee performance/ productivity as per set frequency based on Sales team KRA Data-mining for collecting secondary data in MI industry Analyse data of various dealer / farmer / product surveys being conducted from time to time To help branch team in reducing inventory by giving right insights on inventory management analysis Create a dashboard for monthly progress on employee Induction periodAll the above in agribusiness domain
Prerequisites : Experience: 5-6 years as core Business Analyst. Qualification: Bachelor's / master's degree in Agriculture/ Agribusiness/ Economics- with Major in Agriculture. Strong Knowledge in Advanced Excel, Power BI , Tableau Software , SQL Working experience in various data visualization techniques to understanding data, spotting trends, and communicating insights effectively
