Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager - Retail Broking at Liberty General Insurance located in Mumbai. The Territory Manager will be responsible for sales, team management, customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

The incumbent will handle entire Mumbai region for Retail Broking. We require someone with atleast 6-7 years of relevant experience in Mumbai itself. Preferably someone who is also handling a team currently.Â

At Liberty, the Territory Manager will have individual target as well.

• Engage with existing retail brokers and drive business
• Work on activating new brokers for Motor & Health Insurance Products
• Responsible for Top Line & Bottom Line

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and work towards achieving common goals.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Relevant experience in the insurance industry would be beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field would be an asset.
