Job Description:
Provide accurate information on jewelry products including features pricing and aftersales services.
Assist customers by answering questions about specific products conducting comparisons and facilitating purchases.
Crosssell complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
Manage merchandise returns and cater to loyalty program clients.
Collaborate with the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service especially during peak times.
Inform customers about discounts and special offers to encourage repeat business.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Create effective sales materials to communicate product benefits to customers.
Build relationships with clients to generate repeat business and create a positive sales environment.
Manage all pointofsale activities in the showroom ensuring efficient transactions and a seamless checkout experience.
