Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Mentorship and Training:
- Provide guidance to junior designers, contributing to their skills and understanding of brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the design team.
- Design Strategy:
- Participate in discussions related to Tutopiya's design strategy.
- Offer insights to enhance brand and marketing materials.
- Project Management:
- Prioritize design projects, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Adaptation to Emerging Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to Tutopiya's marketing materials.
- Resource Management:

Qualifications:
