Job description

Skills & Competencies:

ï'· Required good communication skills, should be able to converse in English, Hindi, Tamil / Telugu.
(Multilingual will be preferred)
ï'· Fluent conversation skills in Hindi & English Is must.
ï'· Passion to work in the Fintech space.
ï'· Professional in Tele sales and customer service skills
ï'· Must have Tele sales experience especially in Banking products
ï'· Highly self-motivated towards sales
ï'· The patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.
ï'· Exceeding or Meeting sales goals.
ï'· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
ï'· Relationship management skills is a must.
ï'· Willingness to work in shift system in 9AM to 9PM window.
ï'· Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts (Day Rotational Shift) must be available to work on holidays and
weekends

Job responsibilities

ï'· Need to do sales related outbound calls.
ï'· Need to answer customer's queries through voice services, inbound / outbound.
ï'· Ability in cross selling.
ï'· Address the customer mails to provide appropriate resolution on time.
ï'· Understanding the customer's requirement and respond promptly.
ï'· Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
ï'· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
ï'· Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference
ï'· Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional way.
ï'· Answering customers' queries on the product.
