Basic Information

Key Responsibilities

Review newly signed customers contracts for sales/revenue reporting point of view Ensuring contractual database is updated in timely manner Tracking contract renewals and price revisions, and facilitating the same via working with sales, legal and delivery Record, track and prepare multiple sales related MIS reports like new sales, renewal sales, attritions etc. Process sales order booking as per internal practices. Ensuring no billing/revenue leakage. Assist in sales, revenue budget, forecast & variance analysis. Support in sales commission process for global sales team. Coordination with internal auditors, statutory auditors for timely closure of audits

Key Competencies

Experience 4 to 6 years, B.com (H) + MBA/CA inter Process oriented mindset and detail orientation Ability to implement and adhere to internal controls Knowledge of ERP & Salesforce CRM system & Good in MS Office Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to coordinate and interact with senior stakeholders Flexible to work in different time zone Pro-activeness and adhering to timelines
