Job description
Own the overall vision and strategy for Business Intelligence. Accountable for defining and implementing the technology roadmap that will transform insights and reporting. Partner with business/functional leaders to provide insights that will guide strategic initiatives. Lead troubleshooting of process workflows, applications, integrations and architectural challenges leveraging the expertise of the team.
Make strategic and innovative technology and architecture decisions that will lead to recognition as an industry leader. Develop trusted partnerships with leaders, manage stakeholder expectations, ensure alignment on key initiatives, establish governance process for prioritization and review of projects
Ensures clear communication of project scopes, timing, prioritization, budgets, resource needs, and progress on an ongoing basis Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions to clearly articulate and drive customer Journeys, experience and value addition Anticipate roadblocks and proactively address issues before they impact business results Establish ensure data governance for every single project delivered by the team Scale successful models. Review with other ME leaders and determine and execute a scalable plan.
What Youll Bring to Our TeamExperience working with Google platforms including Google Cloud, Big Query, Looker Etc., Experience working with Cloud Migration, Gen AI and other AIML implementation Experience of Agile and DevOps method of delivering projects and maintaining product lifecycle. Strong stakeholder management skills with a solid track record of technical delivery and operations. Demonstrated experience in complex project delivery around Business Intelligence, advanced analytics, information management, or data warehousing-related projects.
Experience on OBIA, AWS Data Lake, Tableau or relevant platforms. Strong ability to influence and guide executive-level leaders and reconcile, integrate competing interests. Analytical aptitude with an inclination to utilizing data to solve problems and finding patterns through a data set. Proven ability to drive cross-functional, transformational changes that impact multiple functions while making the right business tradeoffs. Data driven decision making skills. Proven experience in launching a product, service or business initiative.

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum seven (8) years of prior relevant experience in Data warehousing, Business intelligence tools and technology, focusing on complex business intelligence and data analytics projects, including independent problem-solving. Strong understanding of data and analytics tools and technologies.
Effective communication with peers and stakeholders at all levels Minimum 5 years of IT experience in leading projects, setting priorities and plans to meet business objectives is required. Experience working with multiple business functions.
