Job description
1) Chairman Office Support / VVIP Support · Provide dedicated and personalized technical support to Chairman Office, including executives and high-profile individuals. ·
MAC OS and Apple IOS : Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Apple IPAD & Phone, desktops, laptops, and other devices used by Chairman. · Chairman’s Residence : Provide on-site or remote support as required, ensuring minimal disruption. The support Including internet connectivity; telephone connectivity; CCTV management and printers. 2) IT Infrastructure Management – · Microsoft O365 and Azure Expertise - Microsoft O365 Defender (Email Security) , Azure Hybrid Active Directory, Active Directory, SharePoint , Exchange , Compliance & Security . · Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure - Video Conferencing Devices, Firewall, Servers, Network Devices, and Hardware. 3) Vendor Relationship Management 4) Contract Negotiation and Management 5) Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Quotations 6) Cost Analysis and Budgeting 7) Admin support · Maintenance and upgradation of Access Control System and Fire alarm system of corporate floors · Maintenance of CCTV and DVRs and upgradation/replacements on as required basis. · Maintenance and related activities of Boom barrier; DFMD and HHMD inclusive of issuance of vehicle tags for tenants and othersJob tags
