Job Brief:
We are looking for a skilled and energetic HR who will onboard, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.Â

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, encompassing orientation, paperwork, and integration into the organizational culture, while also managing efficient offboarding processes for departing employees, including exit interviews and administrative procedures
- Oversee the effective administration and optimization of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and providing support for HR processes to enhance overall organizational efficiency
- Administer comprehensive leave and attendance management, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance with company policies, and seamless coordination to support a streamlined workforce attendance system
- Address and resolve employee grievances with empathy and fairness, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace environment by actively engaging in conflict resolution, and implementing effective solutions to enhance overall employee satisfaction
- Manage accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring adherence to payroll regulations, tax compliance, and the seamless disbursement of employee compensation
- Track and record training needs, maintain training calendars, maintain a database of trainers, plan and schedule trainings, and provide support post training
- Plan and maintain employee engagement calendar, rewards and recognition programs, employee appreciation events, team building activities and employee wellness programs, that communicates strong organization culture
- Assist in maintaining and updating the repository of roles and KRAs, and the incentives paid out quarterly
- Update and create job descriptions for talent acquisition, manage postings on job portals, source and shortlist candidates by conducting Level 1 screening and schedule interviews
Requirements & Skills:
- A proven track record of executing HR related tasks
- Strong communication skills
- 5-6 years of work experience in Generalist HR Role
- MBA or equivalent in Human Resources
