Job description
Responsibilities
Implement the sales & marketing strategy to generate leads
Managing existing clients and acquiring new clients
Update and maintain prospect database by recording all prospecting activity on daily basis
Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely followups
Build and maintain sales pipeline status
Develop the strategy for list building based on researching the target market
Coordinate development of detailed technical proposals with the technical team
Respond to client s technical queries and followups as needed
Sending Proposal bid to grab new business opportunities
Project Bidding using Upwork Toptal and other bidding portals.
Skills:
Proven 2 years of experience required as a Business Development Executive
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Client Acquisitions on Upwork and other online Marketplaces for IT projects
Academic Qualification:
BE BTECH MTECH BCA MCA MSc (Bachelors Preferred) BSC (ComputerScience) Diploma in ComputerScience MBA BBA PGDBA
