Job description
Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and maximizing our return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Advertising, Display Advertising, and potentially affiliate marketing channels etc.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to identify campaign opportunities.
Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
A/B test different ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
Generate clear and concise reports that translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
2 - 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a relevant digital marketing field.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights platforms).
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
Excellent understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance marketing.
Experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A creative problem-solver with a data-driven approach to marketing.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
