Customer Relationship Manager
We are recruiting for Customer Relationship Manager to be responsible for
engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. As Customer
Relationship Manager you will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and

finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Manager Qualifications
The education and qualifications of a Customer Relationship Manager might include the following:
• A Higher National Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Financial Services, or
Retail Management
• 2 A Levels

Business Group: Phone Banking, Retail Banking Group (RBG)
Grade: Officer/ Senior Officer
Background: Bank Phone Banking offers a number of facilities, which enable the corporate
customers to do several of their banking activities from the comfort of their premises. The
Phone Banking Officer is responsible for providing good service to customers pertaining to any
of their banking, financial and investment needs.
Purpose of the Job: The position will be responsible for resolving customer queries over the
phone on a day to day basis thereby providing efficient customer service. This position also
requires crossing sell banking products to our existing customers over the phone.
Roles & Responsibilities:
ï'· Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over phone
ï'· Providing customers with relevant product and service information
ï'· Cross selling various banking products to customers over phone
Key skills:
• Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language
• Open to work in rotational shifts
